This policy explains how subscriptions, free trials, cancellations and refunds work for Physiqe AI (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Pro features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store under Apple's standard terms. We do not collect or store your payment-card details — Apple handles payment.
Where a free trial is offered, it automatically converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial if you cancel in time.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from your App Store account settings → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because billing is handled by Apple, refund requests are processed by Apple in line with App Store policy. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple's decision on refunds is final and outside our control. We are happy to help explain the process — contact minordevsbusiness@gmail.com.
We do not provide refunds for accounts terminated for breach of our Terms, or for dissatisfaction with AI estimates, which are inherently approximate and clearly described as such before purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
