Privacy Policy — Physiqe AI

This Privacy Policy explains how Physiqe AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Physiqe AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices below.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account information — optional. You can use the app as a guest, or create an account using email or Google / Apple Sign-In (we receive basic profile information such as name and email from those providers).
Onboarding profile — age, gender, height, weight, activity level, gym access and diet preference.
Physique photos — your current and "dream" physique photos that you choose to upload for analysis.
Activity data — meals you log, exercises you complete and progress entries you create.
Subscription status — whether you are on a free, trial or active paid plan (we do not receive or store your card details).

3. Physique photos and food photos

Physique photos are uploaded to secure private storage. Row-level security policies ensure that only your authenticated account can access them. They are used to generate your muscle ratings, dream-physique gap and personalised plan.

Food-scan photos are never stored. When you scan a meal, the photo is processed in memory to estimate macros and then discarded. Only the resulting nutrition numbers are saved to your log.

4. How AI processing works

To generate physique ratings and nutrition estimates, your physique photos, meal photo or text, and the relevant parts of your profile are sent through our secure backend to a third-party AI provider. The provider processes the input solely to return results to you. Your data is not used to serve you ads and is not sold.

5. Retention

Account data and uploaded physique photos are retained while your account exists. Food-scan photos are not retained. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing minordevsbusiness@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and database-level row-level security so each record is private to its owner. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 9 and older. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

8. Your rights

You can access and correct your profile in-app, request a copy or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact minordevsbusiness@gmail.com.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via the email associated with your account.
