This Privacy Policy explains how Physiqe AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and retains information when you use the Physiqe AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve you third-party advertising.
Physique photos are uploaded to secure private storage. Database row-level security policies ensure that only your authenticated account can access them. They are used to generate your muscle ratings, dream-physique gap and personalised plan.
Food-scan photos are never stored. When you scan a meal, the photo is sent for in-memory analysis to estimate macros and then discarded. Only the resulting nutrition numbers are saved to your log.
The physique photos you choose to upload may contain your face, because they are full-body images of yourself. We treat this as sensitive information and handle it as follows:
To generate physique ratings and nutrition estimates, we transmit certain data through our secure backend to Google's Gemini AI service ("Google"), operated by Google LLC. Specifically, we send:
Google processes this input solely to return analysis results to you. We request your explicit, in-app consent before any of this data is sent for the first time, and you can decline by not proceeding with AI analysis. Google's handling of data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we only use a provider that we believe offers privacy protections comparable to those described here. Your data sent to Google is not used to serve you ads by us and is not sold by us.
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (for sending photos and profile data to our AI provider), performance of a contract (to provide the features you request), and our legitimate interests (to secure the Service and prevent abuse). You may withdraw consent at any time as described below.
Account data and uploaded physique photos are retained while your account exists. Food-scan photos are not retained. When you delete your account, or request deletion, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing minordevsbusiness@gmail.com.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and database-level row-level security so each record is private to its owner. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service is intended for users aged 9 and older. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children in violation of applicable law; if you believe a child has provided us data without proper consent, contact minordevsbusiness@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can access and correct your profile in-app, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data, or withdraw AI-processing consent, by contacting minordevsbusiness@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country, including by our cloud and AI providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via the email associated with your account, and the "Effective" date above will be updated.
