Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Physiqe AI account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.

1. Delete from within the app

Open the app, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your account and the data tied to it.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email minordevsbusiness@gmail.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your data within a reasonable period.

3. What is deleted

• Your account and profile (age, gender, height, weight, goals).
• Your uploaded physique and dream-physique photos.
• Your physique scans, ratings, and progress history.
• Your logged meals, exercises and nutrition entries.

4. What may be retained

Food-scan photos are never stored, so there is nothing to delete there. We may retain a minimal set of records where we are legally required to (for example, transaction or tax records held by the App Store), and anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you. Your subscription is managed by Apple — to stop billing, also cancel it in your App Store subscription settings.

5. Timing

Deletion is processed promptly and completed within a reasonable period after we verify the request. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
